Submit Application

To apply to a graduate program please follow the steps below:

Step1 : Application Form

You can submit an application form on-line by following the link: Online Application
Alternatively, you can download the Application Form in PDF Format. Please complete the application form and send it by post or email to the address shown below.

Step 2: Reference Forms

Please download the Reference Form. Please forward the Reference Forms to three nominated referees. Ask each referee to fill the form and return it by post or email to the address shown below. If post is used, then the referee is expected to enclose the form and the accompanying letter in an envelope and then seal the envelope and sign across its flap before sending it by post.

Step 3: Supporting Documents

The following items should be submitted with the application form:


• A certified copy of the applicant’s certificate along with an official transcript showing grading scale.
• Evidence of English language proficiency (e.g. TOEFL or IELTS results).
• Four recent passport size photographs.
• A photocopy of the applicant’s passport.
• A photocopy of the applicant’s Khulasat Al-Qaid (for UAE Nationals)
• A detailed Curriculum Vita (CV).
• Evidence of the ability to pay fees, e.g. sponsorship letter.
